Dune Destroyer

Prevents allied heroes from regaining health in battle while increasing their Shield Value by 70%. Greatly reduces damage dealt when allied heroes don't own a shield.

The Dune Destroyer attacks all enemies, preventing struck enemies from regaining health for 10 seconds (undispellable). Crystal Burst will be enhanced every 3 times, increasing the damage and the healing penalty duration to 20 seconds.

The Dune Destroyer attacks 2 enemies, prioritizing front row targets. If the targets have shields, this attack destroys their shields. If not, the targets will be crystallized for 10 seconds (undispellable). Crystallized targets cannot take any action. Reduces the duration by 2 seconds each time they gain a shield.

Enemies lose 20% max health every 1 second when not gaining a shield in 3 seconds after getting attacked by the Dune Destroyer.
